Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original boutique tags are still fastened.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
